No desire. Overpriced.
Heck the 80 I bought this winter was too dang high but it was 2 miles away and on the highway and almost all tillable. Hard to pass on that. And even still it was half what IA dirt would bring. If I can get 55 beans and 220 corn I’ll be happy.
