Really both of those situations are silly.
Could we really move forward with every auto manufacturer needing their own different gas pump nozzle? How totally stupid would that be?
Then, I’m not sure I want to wake up to a reconfigured different vehicle in the morning compared to what I parked last night. That is a detrimental ‘feature’ in my view. I want ‘my’ car. Not some transformer concoction.
One step forward, one step back.
