Nh3 is by far the best way to sidedress corn. Have to remember most people would rather be at the lake Wednesday through Monday in the summer time. I bought a 15/30. Toolbar with yetter magnums for $10k a few years ago, can do 400ac a day with it in good going. I don’t start side dressing until corn is knee high or so, let’s me do the spraying first and decide how much N I want to put on.

Disc unit does cost significantly more in maintenance as well
