Subject: Deere 6430P cab fan troubles

Central Missouri
I have a pretty decent old '07 6430p with the ivt transmission and intermittently it has no cab fan, it seams everything else is working. 95% of the time it will work when you start it in the morning (and all day) unless you shut the tractor off and restart it. Then usually the fan won't run and it may start working after cycling the ignition multiple times. It has been doing this for a couple years or so and is getting worse

So far.
I have verified power to the fan fuses (F04/01 &F04/02) when the fan isn't working.
The compressor clutch will engage when the fans aren't working (press a/c button and hear a clock).
The air louvers in the dash sound like they are moving (turn the knob from feet to defrost to hands)
The ACC1, ACC2 and ELX relays are all turning on and powering up the respective circuits (verified by pulling other fuses and checking for power)
Letting the tractor sit in the shade for 30min -1hr and cycling the key will usually get it blowing again.
It never gives cab fan trouble in the winter, but it usually doesn't run for an extended period of time other than hay season.

Anyone have any tips or advice?
