Any burnt, bent, sticking, or carboned valves should not have been fixed on a piecemeal basis. If there was a problem with one valve, then the whole head should have been gone through. The job guarantee should apply to any problems with that head for long after 10 hours of use.

These aren't the 1950's, with Farmall H tractors anymore, where the labor to remove the head is less than the cost of parts.
