Madison Co. Virginia | Try salvage yards. Wenger's of Myerstown is one I've dealt with, and have been very satisfied with their service. Some parts are listed online by part number, but you'll probably have to call and ask about that one.

They show a used pump for $300, and a coupler for $100. The part numbers don't match yours, but I expect they would work. Do some sleuthing in the Case parts books to figure out what the differences are between your part numbers and their part numbers.
