deep SW On. | 4 lb. corned beef Brisket , says to bake in oven for 50 minutes per lb. @ 325f .... At 2 hrs. its already 165 f so we take it out
Cooked through good , but is not firm, kinda greasy...Did we screw up not leaving it for 3 hrs. , and then 10 minutes on broil?
Usually we bbq them and they taste great...thoughts, advice on what we did wrong?
Did notice it had more of a fat layer through it than we normally see. | |
