With a Pro, and if you are using the 4K video, you need a big computer and good video card to see the video. Slower computer and less video card will act just as you describe. Try taking the video in the lower resolutions and see which youir computer will handle.

Eastern Shore of MD | +1. My computer is set up to run 4K but I prefer to shoot in the 1080 48fps (if I remembered that correctly) because it looks amazing and with motion shots, its not jumpy. When I edit the videos, I also think the color is better on the 1080 but that could be my editing software, not the camera.

Ok, I bought a different card today and the video loaded fine to the computer from that card. The card that is giving me problems is the card that came with the Phantom. I paid a little more attention today and it said to reformat the card. So maybe that will do it.

I am not talking aboutthe little storage card, but the video card in your computer that processes the video. I usually have the drone set to the 1080- 48fps as mentioned above and my computer handles it just fine. I have a new Radeon HD5450 graphics card sitting on my desk to install that the guys at the computer store said will run the 4K videos. We'll see. It only cost around $50. Should also run dual monitors. Edited by bkandra 4/17/2016 06:56

You should have at least a class 10 card
