Subject: Up and Growing in Maine ,,,


coast of Maine		The wood furnace is still chugging along.Nights are mostly in the 20 's and 30's since planting into 40 degree soils.Today may break 50 for a high temp.I read of the prime weather elsewhere and am quite envious.Seems I am stuck here though.Using many acres of crop covers we seize the solar gain as much as possible.Potatoes are emerging and the sweetcorn is growing well.
