Subject: RE: Severe Weather for Oklahoma this evening

Wind sure has picked up speed all of a sudden just prior to 4;25 pm Monday. The spawning of many tornadoes from single storms on the evening of April 27th was sure unbelievable. They formed seconds apart and would move like a train. Some even formed side by side.

I had been watching Omega radar since early that morning and was surprised that tornadoes were seen on radar and confirmed by spotters that soon in the day. I'm certainly no meteorologist but did think and said that the sky looked odd prior to even looking at the radar that morning. What was shown soon confirmed my suspicions that the day just may turn out to be quite eventful storm wise. The air outside felt odd to my senses. Not sure exactly what I was picking up on.
