central - east central Minnesota -

MaineFarmer - 5/7/2024 03:17 NO.The poly if used would work best on the soil surface. If on the top of the stringers and beneath the OSB the free water will flow onto the stringers at a very increased rate. Here I would suggest a 4 inch concrete pad on the corners to allow good air flow. If its areal wet area then put the poly down on surface and hold in place with a crushed stone. If you place the shed directly onto the soil surface either way the OSB and stringers will decay quite fast, here.

I would agree.  The floor trusses should built on top of 6x6 or 8x8 runners (beams) and the runners should be on concrete blocks holding it up off the ground. Put poly or window flashing tape on the bottoms where the runners are touching the concrete. Simple water proofing. The other thing I would I would "over do" is paint the under side to the OSB with a good quality out door paint. It too acts as moisture proofing . . .  . anyway, that's the way I'd do it to make it last as long as possible.
