S.E. Iowa | I go to a specialist doctor today. Waiting in the doctors office alone. An older guy comes in and says he is here for an appointment. I was not eavesdropping, but he was born in 1943. The receptionist says no appointment or blood work. He leaves, and after he leaves, another girl must have asked who it was. She repeats his name and then follows up with "he's a idiot". I know the guys face and know he substitute taught when I was in school over 40 years ago. I just thought what disrespect. He laughed about himself being confused. I was just kind of flabbergasted. | |
