My electric smoker finally quit so I am in search of a replacement. My strange standard is easy clean up. I am getting lazy. My electric box type smoker took enough effort to clean that I didn't use it often. My first search leans toward a wood pellet smoker/grill. What smokers are you using with little clean up? Thanks for you thoughts.
