Bought a used Kuhn/knight 5135 single screw vertical mixer. What rpm should I be running at to mix the ration efficiently. Currently running 1500rpm and it just seems like it takes a while. Mixing by volume not weight 50/50 oat straw and corn silage.
Always on the hunt for something better, but this is my starter wagon and was less than a mile from home when I bought it.
