Western Oregon | 3 times, one in neck, one in back, then 1 below first, in neck, in 4 years. Always instant pain relief. One in back because of tendon injury at 19, surgery and tendons too short in fingers of left hand, that caused injury to ligaments on shoulder blade. Caused S curvature in spine. I was 37-38. Over time I have lost most use of left hand/arm/shoulder. Firm bed and 2 small pillows has helped. (small as in 14"x20" toddler travel pillows, one under head, 1 between arm and body) I try not to sleep on back. I can wake up and can't move. Need wife to roll me over. Can not lift head off pillow. More pain with ankle joint removal and fusion, but I was 55 by then. 67 now....James | |
