Subject: Recipes for beef liver, heart and tongue

Getting tired of moving old pkgs. of beef heart, liver and tongue to make room for new and usually end of feeding it to the dogs. My wife and I like liver and onions but are open to new ideas. I made pickled tongue last year. I wasn't real keen on it and wife wouldn't look at it. Grind it up for chili? Wife likes heart sliced and fried with onions, but I wouldn't mind trying it another way. I thought that might be good diced or ground for chili. I searched allrecipes.com and google. Any other ideas would be appreciated, Joe.
