Beef tongue prepared right is the best , it is like roast beef, makes really good sandwiches. You have to first,scald the tongue and scrap and peel it, then you can prepare like you would makeing a roast, salt,pepper, lots of onion or what ever else you put on a roast. enjoy, Terry
