Sliced up some heart 1/4 inch thick and along with a package of venison roast strips I seasoned them with Jack Link's Jerky Mix and will throw them in the oven tomorrow. Not sure if that will turn out, but, what the hey! Diced up some heart and made chili. I like the chewy texture of the meat. Boiled a tongue not sure what I'll try with that. I've got Dawn's Italian Beef recipe in the slow cooker for tomorrow. Sure smells good! Joe.
