My banker and I have had this talk couple times. He says the biggest lie guys tell themselves is machinery expense. Sub $100 does not happen in today's world. Most with depreciation, repairs, fuel, overhead, payments or cost of upgrading in future. Will end up between $100-150 and acre. All depends on size of operation. I use $125 personally for my operation.
