| I think that there can be. I'm a few years younger than 45 and have my share of down days. Just got to remember how fortunate we are given what someone else has to deal with. I look to my kids as they seem to always be upbeat and have something whimsical to say. Make sure you are able to visit with someone, whether in person, over the phone or over a few beers, you have been through a lot in a short period.
