Seriously, what a huge over reaction.I thought j doc's remark was funny,so there. I don't advocate any cruelty to animals nor have I ever been guilty of such.My animals get excellent treatment, even the cats, good to have a few around for rodent control but I always have dry food out as a backup. When there's too many cats,I shoot a few(in a quick and humane way).Too many supposed "cat lovers" with a bunch of hungry, sickly cats because they can't stand the thought of killing a few.Any animal on my yard gets well fed and treated kindly but if their quality of life isn't there it's time for them to go.Had a mother cat a few years back(great mouser)who fell into engine oil.I washed her with mild shampoo but she'd already ingested too much trying to clean herself so her health went downhill. So I shot her to save her anymore suffering, end of problem. j doc's comment was just what he said, dark humor, don't read a bunch of crap into it that wasn't there.
