Hey Jeff, I started cutting beans yesterday . It is as bad as I feared. Waist high beans making 10-15 bu/acre and one fourth are molded from that 5" of rain we got after they died. Corn on that field last year made 200 bu and the same variety beans in 2005 on that field averaged 63 bu and they weren't any taller than these. Also have some hard green seed and tiny beans. I am gona run some to Cargill to seed what the dockage will be. At least they are clean though. The later beans are not hurt nearly as bad by the drought so maybe they will be somewhat better.
