Let's not forget using GPS to accomplish site specific planting and fertilizing.... better controlling crop inputs by measuring both inputs and outputs can greatly reduce chemical use and/or increase yield AND quality.

I'd bet there is way more money/conservation to be had in site specific planting than in auto steer, but both are a very good thing.
