The average age of a farmer in Australia is 63 years old. My father is 65 and truly believes the most tangible benefit to come from auto-steer is the reduction in fatigue. The addition of auto-steer to our farming operation means at least another 10 years of tractor driving for my father and 10 years of wages that I don't to folk out to a tractor driver.
