Your best bet is get up a crew and start walking.  Nightshade is way up on the list of weeds that make me really nervous. I'll take cocklebur and giant ragweed any day.

It's been so long since I messed with nightshade in conventional beans my memory is fuzzy.  As I recall nothing works great but there are some things that do some good.  Talk to your supplier, but I think I'd get a crew up as soon as possible.  You really don't want these in your combine.
