They will work well within a range....let's say you're trying to dry corn that's coming in at 22%-19%. You can get the Calc-u-Dry to do a very good job in this range. But if all of a sudden the incoming moisture changes to 24% or 17% you'll have to fiddle with the settings to get the desired output. That's been our experience; probably just as much a function of the dryer capabilities as anything else.
