Chebanse, IL..... | If I understand your question correctly, then yes, my QB worked that way. I was on QB pro 2016. I wrote the check in QB, then printed onto pre-printed checks in my printer. Or, you could write them out of a ordinary carry-in-your-pocket checkbook & record the check # from the check you hand wrote. It was recorded either way in whatever expense acct you wanted. I found it handy for the past 20 yrs.
Now I'm switching to QB online & it's not going so smoothly. But, that's another subject. |
