| Right now, we are running it on 7 computers, and it works very reliably. As Variorabbit said you can’t access the same set of books simultaneously, but that isn't a problem for us.
Things you will have to do:
-make sure your running version 3.0 or higher (Find it under Help\About PCMars...). Update if necessary.
-make a network share of the "Data" file on the host computer (in C:\Pcmwinf\Data)
-map a network drive on your client computer to the network share
-in PCMars on your client computer, check the "Advanced File Management" option under Options\Miscellaneous
-hit "Open set of books" in the top left corner, then "directory", then select the network drive you just created, then hit "select folder"
-right click on directory, and under "advanced" hit "save current directory as default". Then you should be able to access to the books saved on the host computer
-then for your own sanity, go to Options\Program Options, and uncheck "ask me to backup set of books when exiting", and check "close set of books when exiting program".
