NE SD | You can buy it after the fact and install it. I would recommend ordering a computer with what you want instead of going to a box store and grabbing one. Generally can find anything twice as good for the same price or cheaper than a store. Coupon codes are your friend. For example just search "HP coupon code" if you're looking for an HP. Usually Slickdeals or retailmenot will show most codes. You just have to try them and see what is current.
The links say 365, but they're one time purchases.
