No second account. The account goes with the user, not the device. I've got Facebook, AgTalk, and several other log on web sites on my phone, desktop, iPad, and my wife's tablet. All you'd do is go to the web site you want to watch and log in with your user and password. Now...if you've got a smart TV, casting YouTube to your TV is a cakewalk.
