South Central MN | I had a printer work great for 4 years, then after an update from Microsoft it continuously kicked itself offline. The only way to get it back was to delete and reinstall the printer.
I battled it for a year, and kept updating both printer and computer drivers. Finally one of the new updates must have fixed the issue, because mine has now stayed online for a while now. Point is, there might not be a good solution to fix the problem, but I'd look at updating all your drivers.
