Thanks for checking.  Yes, I went to the Capture Mode setting and it only has "PHOTO".  When you select the information button it talks about the time-lapse mode which is only on supported devices.  I might call the company to see what, if anything, they can do.  Now I know.  appreciate getting back to me.
