Yeah, but manufacturers have some legal grounds to issue take-down notices if the photos are on private properties. Those locations fall into this legal definition of "reasonable expectation of privacy" and hence a NDA can more broadly apply to photos taken by people not under the NDA.
About your only hope is for photos taken on the road or rest areas as those are reasonably considered public.
You sure about that??? Pretty sure you can stand on public road and take all the pics you want. Now if you’re talking drone or going up in a bucket truck to see over a fence, might be different. |
