Not sure this will help, but our L120B lost 4th gear once and all that was wrong was the little button next to the loader controls that temporarily puts the transmission in 1st gear stuck in. I just disconnected it so it couldn't happen again. Couldn't hurt to make sure that button is functioning properly.
