Does not activate ………. What does that mean. Doesn’t raise or lower? Doesn’t turn on/ off to spray? Fold in/ fold out? What year old 854 w metal hood? Newer w fiberglass hood? Boom valve block on tree or mounted on cat walk behind product tank? Help a guy out here and spend a minute with detailed info.
