$3 battery (or less) and a $75/hour labor charge with a one hour minimum.  If you've worked in IT industry you learn quickly you have to put a minimum labor charge on things or else you'll send out a lot of 5 minute labor invoices.  Changing a CMOS battery is a 15 minute job for the most part.
