If you ever wondered why sugar raises triglycerides' rather than fat (which most people associate with increasing triglyceride levels in the blood) this will cover it.

The whole video is about fatty liver disease and how to reverse it or prevent it. But the message includes how the body complexly utilizes food for energy with the liver being a key component of converting our food into fuel and building blocks the body can use.

Danged if I know because it is well above my pay grade. But I have been pretty impressed with a lot of his other stuff over the last few years. Seems to know what he is doing.
