eastern south central KS | I have chronic low sodium... I was down to 128 at one time. Went to Neprologist. and he said to stay under a liter a day. I told him with a lot of outdoor work in a hot climate that was difficult if not impossible. Finally got my level back up to 132. I do not limit myself on salt but don't load up either. I think over time my system has adapted to a low level of sodium but wish I could maintain higher levels. | |
