Wife and I were going to get our CAC done again and covid came along and we have kind of forgot about it. I had a very low score (under 10) and hers was higher but not terribly high (under 200). Would be interesting to see if ours stabilized and did not advance or maybe even regressed. They wanted to discuss with both of us going on statin drug, which we declined.

We should do that some time.

By all rights mine should have been the higher score, me being diabetic for 30+ years. That alone made me at high risk for a higher score.

Been taking K2 (MK7 along with D3) for at least three years now. Some anecdotal evidence of that helping reverse or at least stop deposits.

I got to meet Feldman on the low carb cruise earlier this year.
