Phelps County Nebraska | My FIL is a retired teacher and has been exploring the areas around SW Iowa and documenting those trips on YouTube. Check out this clip from the paw paws he found in Waubonsie State Park. He made a loaf of paw paw bread last week and that video will be coming as well. I didn't even know what a paw paw was until he was explaining it. I didn't try the bread but my son did and he said, "It tastes like wet brick"! I may never know.
