Really can't go wrong with the little DJI Mini 3 Pro, spend a little extra for the remote that has the screen in it... Has roughly a 45min flight time give or take, will run you about $1k if you get the kit. Best bang for your buck. I'd be worried anything less than that and you won't have that great of image quality and can't see much through crop canopy.

I use mine for checking gravity irrigation to see if water has run through every row, checking towers, seeing if sprinklers are plugged, pretty much anything that I can think of. I've also flown the little thing about 2 miles away to check if a pivot is still moving.

Downsides, 20mph or higher winds can start to get sketchy, i've flown it in 25mph winds but nothing too far away.
