Local “steak” house had salad bar forever. No longer since Covid, said lot of waste, but more importantly, he said it took two employees to keep it stocked. Can’t get the help to do it. IMO, he hasn’t kept up with the times, as his food is overpriced and generally sucks. Don’t know how he’s still open.
Anyone else notice?
