I don't know the answer to your question but....

About a week ago, Microsoft wanted to update Windows for me. I let them do it.  Now, my HP LaserJetPro doesn't work. and my Canon works, but it is slow.  I am wondering if I need to reload drivers.  I am wondering if you and I are having the same problems.

You might want to go to the Canon Support website, and see if your printers are compatible with your current version of Windows.  Then see if you can find latest version of drivers for your printers.  Download the drivers, and install them.  Do them one at a time.   Finish one and restart your laptop before you try to reinstall the driver for the other printer.  I think that is what I would try.
