Just to get your specs right, you have some device that runs on 20v, and you want to monitor when that device turns on/off or 20v sensor comes on (or whatever 20v device) with your 3.3v raspberry pi? And you can't connect the 20v signal to your Pi directly, so you want to add a relay in between?

The "switch 3v dc on and off" part can be done by any relay, no problems there. The "20v dc input" part, 20v is close enough to 24v that a 24v relay should be fine. A quick search on amazon for "24v relay" shows lots of results. Some are for industrial, some arduino-hobby style, and some for 24v vehicles, all of them would work.
