Are you running Win10 in S mode?
S mode may prevent you from upzipping or unpacking a compressed file that isn't flagged as safe.
If you are not familiar running windows in 'not safe' mode, be absolutely certain you downloaded the driver directly from the printer manufacturer and not a third party.
