NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | Having just starting my Keto diet this past week I was pretty proud of myself today for not having one piece of bad food at my wife’s family early Christmas celebration. There was probably 40 people there with a lot of sweets and high carb food to choose from. I restrained myself to just plain shredded beef and pork with a little cheese. I have to admit I sat 5 feet from the dessert table with a large variety sweets on it that looked VERY tempting but I didn’t have any. | |
