If you run under another LLC with your part 137, you can get away with it. The main ban of DJI drones is targeting the air, mavic and mini series camera drones, not as much the AGRAS or Matrice series. Thats what I understand from the dealer standpoint. Everyone is still DJI full speed ahead for spray drones from what I have seen.
