Here is working perhaps we have different Excel versions.
You can check going to the Excel Help the right way of writing the formula for the version you have or if doing a quick check changing semicolons by commas work
=IF(K1-J1=G1+H1,G1+H1,"ERROR")
Sorry I did a mistake and gave you the equation for row 1, so change to
=IF(K3-J3=G3+H3,G3+H3,"ERROR")
