I'm not sure if the UG service conductors are in a conduit. The wires were put in to this old school in the early 60's so im not sure what they did. We had a rat infestation last year with holes all over that area so it may have been direct burial service that the rats chewed. I was an electrician but had an accident (an quadraplegic) so I can't check it out myself.
