There is a butcher shop that does "chicken and ribs" on Saturdays. In fact we used to be a regular customer on Saturday mornings. Rotisary chicken and smoked ribs (both on open fire). It is/was very good.
But my wife's is just as good or better and I like her volume she provides me better! So now she does Saturday ribs for us.
